Anonymous data inherently lacks any connection to identifiable individuals. This means it cannot be used on its own or combined with other data sources to reveal someone's identity. As such, anonymous data falls outside the GDPR's purview, offering organizations greater flexibility for its use while still prioritizing ethical data practices.
